I was born in Mexicali, but I've been living in La Paz for 20 years. At some point it stopped being where I live and became the place I defend.

I'm 49, I have two daughters, and I've spent nearly two decades watching this city grow without losing what makes it different: the warmth of its people, the unhurried pace, the bay that never gets old.

My background is 15 years in sales and marketing. Two years ago I decided to focus on real estate — not because it was the logical next step, but because La Paz is at a moment that won't come around again. I've closed properties above 7 million pesos, and every one has confirmed the same thing: people don't just buy square meters, they buy a way of living.
